Ruthman Companies has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, professional Regional Sales Manager (Central United States) with extensive pump knowledge and background. Responsibilities and Duties
- Support and coordinate the sales team activities of distributors in several states.
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the territory.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Track results and trends regularly.
- Report on team and individual performance.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential distributors, end users and OEM accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service of pumps and related equipment.
- Experience as a supervisor or manager.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to build sales and profits.
- Ability to travel throughout the Central states of Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, North and South Dakota.
