Andres serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy & Procurement at Ruthman Companies, where he is focused on driving organizational alignment, operational excellence, and long-term strategic growth. He partners closely with leadership teams across the organization to strengthen supplier relationships, enhance business processes, and support initiatives that improve performance, accountability, and collaboration.

Prior to joining Ruthman, Andres built his career at Procter & Gamble, holding leadership roles across product supply, procurement, and global sourcing. Throughout his career, he has managed complex supply chains, developed strategic sourcing programs, led supplier performance initiatives, and implemented tools and processes that enhanced operational efficiency and strengthened business partnerships.

Outside of work, Andres enjoys spending time with his family, fine watch collecting, following Formula 1 racing, and exploring new destinations through travel.
