Regional Sales Manager – Central U.S.

Job Summary
Ruthman Companies has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, professional Regional Sales Manager (Central United States) with extensive pump knowledge and background. We offer a program that can provide great rewards and satisfaction for the right candidate, but we are very selective. If you feel you can bring a lot to the table and can produce results in building and maintaining distribution and OEM accounts, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support and coordinate the sales team activities of distributors in several states.
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the territory.
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Track results and trends regularly.
  • Report on team and individual performance.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential distributors, end users and OEM accounts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service of pumps and related equipment.
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to build sales and profits.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Central states of Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, North and South Dakota.

Position is full-time and offers medical, dental and vision insurance as well as employer-paid life insurance and a 401k retirement plan with company match.
