Eric Wendt joined Ruthman Companies in 2024 as IT Director, managing network and information technology assets for all of Ruthman’s divisions. His current priorities include continuing the rollout of the Infor ERP system and consolidating IT services and expenses across the group.

With two decades of hands-on experience in ERP and IT infrastructure, Eric’s success comes from bridging business needs with practical, working solutions. He considers relationship-building to be his superpower. He builds trust by communicating effectively, truly understanding the technology he leads, and not being afraid to roll up his sleeves to address whatever challenges come his way.

A University of Michigan graduate and former athlete, Eric brings the same competitive energy and teamwork from the field into the office. Outside of work, you’ll catch him golfing, unwinding at the lake, or taking any excuse to be outdoors.
