Joe Hill to cover Eastern US and Canada regions
Joe Hill has joined Ruthman Companies as Regional Sales Manager, Eastern US and Canada.
Joe will be responsible for serving the customers of all the Ruthman Companies product lines – BSM, Gusher, Nagle, RAE, Process Systems and Deming vertical turbine pump lines, as well as Fulflo Hydraulic Valves. In addition to direct sales and application support, he is also responsible for distributor channel development and OEM customer support in his territory.
Joe brings decades of pump industry experience to Ruthman Companies-on both the sales and repair sides. Most recently, he was part of Flowserve’s direct sales division. During his time at Flowserve, he held a number of positions within its various divisions, with responsibilities for sales, business development, distributor management and OEM project management.
Throughout his career, Joe has also had roles overseeing distribution and repair operations with Ohio Pump & Transmission, Pump Pros, Inc. and RA Mueller. Early in his career, he worked in electrical power supplies and mechanical seals, giving him unique expertise in these major pump components.
Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Urbana College (Urbana, Ohio) and is a veteran of the US Army.
